Returns & Refunds
Everything we sell is printed to order, so we don't hold stock to swap in and out. That means we handle returns a little differently than a typical retailer.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, misprinted, defective, or it's simply the wrong item, email us at hello@eyesoff.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos. We'll reprint it or refund you. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back.
Wrong size or change of mind
Because each piece is made for you after you order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of heart. Please check the size guide on the product page before you order. If you're unsure, email us first and we'll help you get it right.
Yard signs
Yard signs are custom-printed to order, so the same rule applies: we'll replace or refund any sign that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted if you report it within 30 days, but we can't take signs back for other reasons.
Refunds
Once we've approved a claim, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take extra time for your bank or card issuer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, email us at hello@eyesoff.us.
