Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want to order, email us at hello@eyesoff.us and we'll see what we can do.

Made to order
Everything we sell is printed to order, so your order isn't pulled off a shelf. Total delivery time is production time plus transit time:

Apparel and stickers
Production: typically [2–5] business days after your order is placed.
Transit: typically [3–7] business days once shipped.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Yard signs
Yard signs are custom-printed to order and ship free.
Production: typically [5–10] business days after your order is placed.
Transit: typically [3–7] business days once shipped.
Because signs are made and shipped individually, they may arrive separately from any apparel or stickers in the same order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within [10] business days of ordering, email us at hello@eyesoff.us.

Delays
All production and delivery times above are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control. If your order is significantly late, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we can't reroute a package once it's shipped. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@eyesoff.us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll make it right per our Refund Policy.
